Dr Babak Afshar was granted specialist fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. He practices all aspects of General Practice, and has special interests in Psychological and Mental health, men's and women's sexual health, and chronic disease management.
Dr Amanda Khoo is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice. Her special interests include chronic disease management, and preventative health.
Dr Marlis Ryan is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice. Her special interests include obesity management, preventative health and women's health.
Dr. Fatemeh, a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, specializes in Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Lifestyle Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, and Skin Cancer Treatment. Fluent in English and Persian (Farsi), she focuses on preventing and managing chronic diseases through lifestyle modifications. Passionate about family health, she provides approachable and caring medical assistance, supporting injured workers through recovery.
Dr Subhadra Rani Putta (BA, MA, M. Phil (PSW), PhD(mental Health) ), PhD is registered by AASW and GCPHN as a provider of focused psychological services. She has 30 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in both the public and private mental health settings.
Dr Putta offers therapeutic services through PHN and Medicare for a range of emotional, behavioural, adjustment and mental health problems. Her professional expertise includes CBT, DBT, IPT, ACT, SFBT, Sand Play therapy and Grief Therapy. She has extensive Cross cultural clinical mental health experience and is deeply committed to high standard quality care.
Dr. Hossein Khosravi ( MSc, Ph.D in Nutrition and Dietetics ), an Accredited Practising Dietitian, brings over two decades of expertise in nutrition and dietetics. His journey began over 20 years ago, leading him through research and teaching roles at various universities and research centers. Transitioning to Australia in 2013, he pursued further professional growth, culminating in a PhD from Griffith University in 2017.
Dr. Khosravi has made significant contributions to scientific literature through numerous papers and book chapters. Fluent in Persian/Farsi and English, he possesses a profound understanding of diverse cultures and dietary practices. He emphasizes the pivotal role of nutrition in overall well-being, offering evidence-based guidance amidst the complexities of dietary information.
